Dr GLIGBE is a multidisciplinary expert, Sr Project Manager, M&E and Gender Specialist, with over 27 years of Professional experience in Africa, North America, Caribbean, Pacific, and Eastern Europa. He holds Ph.D. in Economic Sociology and an MBA in Management of International Development and Humanitarian Action. His expertise covers: Economic Sociology, Participatory Development, Community & Rural Development, Microfinance, Programs\/Projects Management, M&E, Capacity Building, Strategic Planning, Results Based Management (RBM), Humanitarian Operations & Peacebuilding, Gender Mainstreaming, Security & Safety, Teaching Research Methods in Social Sciences.<\/p>

He worked as International consultant: Deputy Head of Mission, M&E Expert: Mission 1: \u2036Implementation of a Collaboration Framework between the Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET) Schools and the Private Sector\u2019s Partners in Guinea\u02ba, Institut Soumar\u00e9 of Finance (www.isoumare.org<\/a>)\/ Ministry of TVET\/ Islamic Bank of Development (IDB), (Dec 2021 to June 2022); \u2036Implementation of a Collaboration Framework between TVET\u2019s Schools and the Private Sector Partners in Guinea\u02ba.
