Mrs. MEDA has more than 30 years of experience in the management of pension, insurance and provident systems and organizations at the technical, administrative and financial levels, alternating between inside the systems and outside in an interface position.<\/p>

During her career, she has held several positions of responsibility in multi-governmental structures as a lawyer. In particular, from 1995 to 2009, she was Deputy Director General, then Director General of the Pension Funds of WEAMU and BCEAO (Caisse de Retraite par R\u00e9partition des Agents d’Encadrement de l’UEMOA – CRRAE-UMOA \/ BCEAO) in Senegal, then in Ivory Coast. From 1997 to 2009, she contributed to the diversification of CRRAE-UMOA’s reserve investments and to the management of investment operations on financial markets and portfolio monitoring. From 1982 to 1995 she was Head of the Insurance, Retirement and Provident Fund Department, then Head of the Social Affairs Department and Manager of the retirement, health insurance, life insurance and loss of license systems for ground staff and flight personnel of the Multinational Company Air Afrique. From 1977 to 1982 she was Head of the Old Age – Disability – Death Insurance Department, then Director of Recovery and Litigation at the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of Burkina Faso.<\/p>

In 2013, she was the legal expert of the CESS Institute team in the updating of the actuarial study of the pension plan of the Caisse Autonome de Retraite des Fonctionnaires (CARFO) of Burkina Faso. In 2014, she was the legal expert for the actuarial study of the Mandatory Health Insurance scheme of Mali managed by CANAM. In 2017, she was the legal OHADA expert for the study on the business, legal and economic environment in the Republic of Mali, with the objective to analyze the country’s business climate, to assess the country’s risk and to make reform proposals to the Malian authorities for a better attraction of investments in the country.<\/p>

Mrs. Rosina MEDA holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Benin in Lom\u00e9, Togo and a post-graduate diploma in Social Security Management from the Centre National d’Etudes Sup\u00e9rieures de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale (CNESSS) in France.<\/p>
