Un bon environnement financier favorise le financement des m\u00e9nages, des entreprises et des gouvernements. L\u2019aboutissement de ces initiatives b\u00e9n\u00e9voles a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 l\u2019INSTITUT SOUMAR\u00c9 DE LA FINANCE, ci-apr\u00e8s L\u2019INSTITUT. L\u2019INSTITUT SOUMAR\u00c9 qui est une entit\u00e9 \u00e0 but non lucratif est une plateforme d\u2019accompagnement institutionnel, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et de partage de connaissances dans le domaine de la finance.
