To this end, the INSTITUTE has trained potential market players and developed the business plan for the future Commodity Exchange. The INSTITUTE also acts as an executing agency for the implementation of the business plan and the effective opening of the Exchange and the central structures of the organized agricultural market in C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.
