Dr GLIGBE is a multidisciplinary expert, Sr Project Manager, M&E and Gender Specialist, with over 27 years of Professional experience in Africa, North America, Caribbean, Pacific, and Eastern Europa. He holds Ph.D. in Economic Sociology and an MBA in Management of International Development and Humanitarian Action. His expertise covers: Economic Sociology, Participatory Development, Community & Rural Development, Microfinance, Programs/Projects Management, M&E, Capacity Building, Strategic Planning, Results Based Management (RBM), Humanitarian Operations & Peacebuilding, Gender Mainstreaming, Security & Safety, Teaching Research Methods in Social Sciences.
